Hey guys! How are you? My name is Eric Tilghman with Tilghman Builders. Here we are at the Stahl residence, Kevin and Lauren, they have four young children ranging from 9 months to 9-years-old. What we're doing here is we're taking this ranch house - I'd love to get you a before shot - our guys like to work a little quicker than most. So here next door we have the same exact house so imagine us going up with a second floor on a house like that. So, we're going to go up on all four exterior walls straight up with a second floor. There will be four bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, a staircase in the back to access the first floor and that's gonna be a whole space up there for the kids. Mom & Dad are hoping to take the mess and push it upward and get it out of their living space. It should be a fun project, it should take about 2 1/2 months I'd say to get them all wrapped up and we'll be taking progress videos along the way to show you the construction.
