Tilghman Builders Team
By Tilghman Builders Team - November 10, 2015

Whats Been Going On

Tilghman Builders visited the Gulf Coast for a week in August 2006 to rebuild homes devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The Bucks-Mont Katrina Relief Project, the National Association of the Home Remodeling Industry, and The Salvation Army also contributed.

The team returned with heartwarming stories about its experience with the homeowners while rebuilding the properties damaged by Katrina. See news articles and the press release.

The story also appeared in television news programs on Channel 6 (ABC), Channel 10 (NBC), Channel 29 (FOX), and Channel 69 (WFMZ).

This newspaper and TV coverage informed the public that there is still a lot to be done to rebuild the homes and lives of those devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Also, it inspired businesses and individuals to contribute to the Bucks-Mont Katrina Relief Project to help these people in need.
