CHESTNUT PRIMARY SUITE ADDITION

In this project we added a primary bathroom on the second floor of a 1900s home in Perkasie, PA, using modern, yet historically accurate finishes. It was important to the client to maintain the history of the home and keep with the stained woodwork and brass hardware, so we did! In order to achieve the space the bathroom deserved, we moved some bedroom walls and closed off a hallway. We uncovered a beautiful brick wall on the exterior and changed the design slightly to leave it exposed, adding to the charm of this beautiful new bathroom. The client ended up with not only a primary bathroom, but also an ensuite office and walk-in closet.
