Eric grew up in Churchville, met his wife, and had three beautiful children, who are his guiding lights in life. After living in Glenside with his wife and kids for ten years, he has recently moved his family into the Horsham area.
Eric’s been working in the construction business since he was 13 years old – that’s not a typo either! He advanced to the Lead Carpenter position, which he held for 12 years, and enjoyed all aspects of carpentry. He paved his way to step out of the field to become the company's first Operations Manager in 2020, where he found his true passion for team building, improving business systems, and growing the family business.
Such overarching goals come at a price, which is why Eric consistently starts his mornings at 4:00am keeping him fueled and motivated. He begins with an ice bath, meditation, stretching, and journaling gratitude. After the morning routine is done, Eric heads to the gym where he enjoys lifting and running. Then the work day begins.
In Eric's off time, he is with his family or working on his own home improvements. It’s important to Eric that he shows his children what it means to be a man, father, and husband. He wants to leave a family legacy and positive stamp on the world.
