WYNDALE HOME ADDITION & RENOVATION

Our Wyndale project in Jenkintown was a great use of space. We converted the garage in the rear of the home, which was unusable space. This space became the guest bedroom and beautiful en-suite bathroom, with two doors, accessible from the living room hallway, too. It included a walk-in closet with great shelving and storage. The side addition was put over an existing slab and transformed into this beautiful cathedral ceiling living room with a floor to ceiling fireplace. A chunky floating mantle above the fireplace and the elegant chandelier gives this room a wow! Built-ins on the entire side of the living provide our client with ample storage, which in an older home can be hard to come by.
